1. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF PROCTER AND GAMBLE (P&G)
Financial Analysis of P&G vs J&J is examined by reviewing the three major financial statements balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Key financial ratios are calculated for both companies to evaluate their liquidity, working capital management, measures of profitability, and financial leverage. SWOT analysis is performed to get the in-detail framework of the company. Based on ROI, ROE, ROA, etc., and the stability of the company, new strategies, and financial opinions are given.
2. STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE COMPANY'S MANAGEMENT
Based on a real-time scenario of a Fortune 500 company's team and hierarchy, projected with previous project failure and shortcomings, techniques of improvising efficient methods in the organizations are researched. The questions below were addressed with practical solutions and high standards.

1. THE QUEST FOR SERVICE EXCELLENCE- RITZ CARLTON COMPANY: QUALITY ENGINEERING
The Ritz Carlton company has strict mandates for service while the company received quite some feedbacks and reports of defecting data. The Daily Quality Production report is analyzed using Quality Engineering techniques and provided solutions to improve the quality.

2. VEHICLES AND CRASH RECORD IN CHICAGO: DATA ANALYSIS
The Chicago Police Department provides the data scientists with data of crashes, vehicles, person details for many years. The 3 different data are merged into one data, analyzed on more than 7-10 angles for better analysis of data, and then data visualizations are created with statistical distribution charts using python libraries and functions concluding with forecasting various strategies from the data.

Commercial Projects
1. ORDER MANAGEMENT (OM)
The project is a pilot project for a Logistics company where orders are placed, processed by distributors and wholesalers for delivery. The objective is to create orders manually, via template and form different inbound channels and deliver the orders in the respective location using the logistics. Captured/created orders will be stored in backend SQL tables and accepted orders will be backfilled into the DB2 tables, henceforth consumed by different downstream applications. The application is linked with 5 other live applications.

Work efficiency increased by 14% for working with ADPART and Macros and presentation of creative KT for new joiners.

2. Claims Denial Rewrite Management
The project is an upgrade of the company's main member portal application to update the verbatim to faciliate the member's EOB, EOP, Provider, Customer Agents, all documentations and multiple Aetna members website links. This was enabled to promote NPS score of the company. A separate dashboard was designed to analyze the behavior of members and the respective calls received enquiring every claim. The dashboard included multiple API's, internal application engines, Aetna Health portals, reports generated via AI/ChatGPT and E-policies.

Case Studies
1. Uber Case study:
In June 2017, transportation association Uber Technologies Inc. (Uber), which worked in 70 countries and had total net income in the last quarter of 2016 of USD1.7 billion, ended its CEO, Travis Kalanick. During Kalanick termination, negative exposure added to a decline in the market share, and a few other high-level executives had left the company.
2. i-Premier
The iPremier company was initially started by two students at Swarthmore College. The company went public in 1998, where its stock price grew and later again experienced rapid growth in 1999. In the year 2007, iPremier experienced a denial of service attack, also known as a DOS attack in the early morning and created a huge chaos in the company. This attack blocks the users from accessing the company’s website and hence paused the proceeding of the company. The attack stopped after an hour but left the team in a huge mess as they had to secure their database which involved confidential information of their customers.
